No heads up before delivery

Can't say much about the product as i bought it for my dog and not for my own consumption. Email confirmation says i will recieive a call from your sales rep. I got no call. No heads up prior to the delivery date. Not cool because i could have been out of the house and no one would receive the order. Will order again though hehehe
