To reiterate, I did not in any way contact Fresh Options or got on their website in order to purchase said items. I just received an email yesterday informing me that said items were to be delivered, which is how I was informed of what is happening. I waited all day yesterday to turn down the delivery, but no delivery came. Come to find out today, you are now sending me this email indicating that an item was delivered to me yesterday.
Now I suspect two possibilities that may have happened in this situation. First is your online system may have had some problems going on and it is now delivering items to people who do not need them. The other possibility is more dangerous, because you may have been hacked and personal information of customers (in this example, me) have been acquired, which is now sending these deliveries as a means of extracting money without you knowing. I suggest you figure this out the soonest.
