Ingredients
- 250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky)
- 100 g fried tofu, in chunks
- 1 pc small white onion, minced
- 1 pc finger pepper, chopped
- 1 pc siling labuyo, chopped
- 1/8 kg fried pork liver or chicken liver, mashed
- 5-7 pcs cloves of garlic, minced
- 70 ml mayonnaise
- 10 ml calamansi juice (optional)
Directions
- Sauté onions, liver, Ulam Mismo! Sisig in a pan. Set aside.
- Mix garlic and mayonnaise.
- Combine sautéed sisig, garlic mayo, tofu, finger pepper, and bell pepper.
- Serve on a sizzling plate.
- Add calamansi juice and sprinkle siling labuyo.
