Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR SISIG POCKETS 250 g of any Fresh Options Ulam Mismo Sisig variant.
2 pcs green bell pepper, chopped.
100 ml mayonnaise
100 g cheese, chopped into cubes
2 packs wonton wrapper
60 g butter
250 ml cooking oil
INGREDIENTS FOR DIPPING SAUCE 4 tbsp soy sauce
8 pcs calamansi, juiced
2 pcs red chili, finely chopped
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
pepper to taste
Directions
Melt the butter in a pan on medium-high heat.
Add the Fresh Options
Ulam Mismo Sisig.
Saute for 5-10 minutes then turn the heat down.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
In another pan, pre-heat oil for frying.
Wrap a spoonful amount of sisig and cheese with
wonton wrapper to make the Sisig Pockets.
Deep-fry the pockets for 2-3 minutes or until
golden brown.
Let the pockets sit on paper towels until
excess oil is drained.
Serve
with dipping sauce .
For the dipping sauce, mix soy sauce, calamansi
juice, sugar, and water.
Add red chili and pepper.
