250 g of any Fresh Options Ulam Mismo Sisig variant.
2 pcs green bell pepper, chopped.
100 ml mayonnaise
100 g cheese, chopped into cubes
2 packs wonton wrapper
60 g butter
250 ml cooking oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
8 pcs calamansi, juiced
2 pcs red chili, finely chopped
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS FOR DIPPING SAUCE
Melt the butter in a pan on medium-high heat.
Add the Fresh Options Ulam Mismo Sisig.
Saute for 5-10 minutes then turn the heat down.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.
In another pan, pre-heat oil for frying.
Wrap a spoonful amount of sisig and cheese with wonton wrapper to make the Sisig Pockets.
Deep-fry the pockets for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Let the pockets sit on paper towels until excess oil is drained.
Serve with dipping sauce.
For the dipping sauce, mix soy sauce, calamansi juice, sugar, and water.
Add red chili and pepper.
