Ingredients
- 250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky)
- 10-14 pcs molo wrapper
- 1pc small egg
- 1pc small red onion, minced
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml calamansi juice
- 140 ml evaporated milk
- siling labuyo (optional)
- minced siling labuyo or chilli flakes (optional)
Directions
- Mix Ulam Mismo! Sisig with onions and egg in a bowl.
- Wrap sisig mixture with molo wrappers.
- Steam for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with toyo-mansi and siling labuyo as a dipping sauce
