- In a medium pot, sauté onion with oil until it becomes translucent. Season with rock salt. 
- Add tomatoes and Ilocos Bagnet. Pour water and fresh tamarind. 
- Cover and let it boil for 20 minutes or until tamarind softens. 
- Strain the tamarind from the pot and extract its juice. Pour the extracted juice back in the pot. Simmer for 10 minutes. 
- Add the string beans, okra, radish, and green chili. Cook until vegetables are tender.
