Ingredients
- 250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky)
- 1 pc large white onion, sliced
- 10 pcs pita bread
- 250 g lettuce, chopped
- 100 g tomatoes, chopped
- 30 g taco powder
- 10 pcs stripped cheddar cheese (approximately 15 g per strip)
- 5-7 cloves garlic, minced
- 70 ml mayonnaise
- 140 ml evaporated milk minced
- siling labuyo or chilli flakes (optional)
Directions
- Heat Ulam Mismo! Sisig in a pan with taco powder. Set aside.
- Slightly burn pita breads in a hot pan.
- Fill pita with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and sisig. Top with sliced cheese.
- Pour desired amount of sauce.
- Sprinkle siling labuyo.
