Killer Sisig Recipe
Traditional Sisig flavor with a killer twist. Just add Balut! Savory and exotic for everybody.

Ingredients
- 250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky)
- 5-6 pcs boiled and peeled balut
- 1 pc medium white onion, sliced
- 5-6pcs cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pc small bell pepper, sliced
- 2 pcs finger pepper, chopped
- 30 g butter
- 10-15 ml calamansi juice
Directions
- Sauté onions, garlic, Ulam Mismo! Sisig, butter, and balut in a pan.
- Add calamansi juice, finger pepper, and bell pepper.
- Serve.
