Honey Garlic Glaze Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

1 bag Fresh Options Chicken Nuggets

5 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 cup honey
-
1/3 cup water
-
juice of 1 lemon
-
1 tablespoon soy sauce
-
salt to taste

pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

scallions and sesame seeds to garnish

cooking oil for frying
Directions
In a pan, heat oil and fry chicken nuggets until golden brown.
Combine the other ingredients in a sauce pan and cook until slightly thickened. Keep in mind that the glaze will thicken as it cools, so don’t wait ’til it is super thick to remove from the stove.
Pour the glaze over the nuggets and gently toss to combine. Top with scallions and sesame seeds then serve!
