2 tbsp butter

300 g Fresh Options Sliced Sweet Ham, chopped into small squares

30 ml Tabasco

6 Fresh Option Brown Eggs

60 g grated quick-melt cheese

1 stalk onion leeks, choppedpinch of salt & pepper
Directions
In a pan, heat cooking oil and butter.
Sauté Deli Bite Pear-shaped Ham or Cheezy Brick Chicken Ham.
Add Tabasco.
Pour in the scrambled eggs.
Add grated cheese and onion leeks.
Cover the pan until egg is half-cooked.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover the pan until egg is fully cooked.
Transfer to a plate then serve!
