Ingredients
- 250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky)
- 1 pc medium onion, chopped
- 1 stalk lettuce
- 1 pc small cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 pc medium singkamas, thinly sliced
- 1 pc small carrot, julienne cut
- 200 g spicy mayonnaise
- 2 bundles small lumpia wrapper
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 ½ tbsp peanuts, crushed
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 pcs garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ¼ cup water

- Heat Ulam Mismo! Sisig in pan.
- Mix cucumber, singkamas, onions, carrots, and Ulam Mismo! Sisig (Set aside)
- Arrange lumpia wrapper, brush with spicy mayonnaise dressing.
- Place lettuce beside the lumpia wrapper. Top with 1/4 cup of filling and drizzle with spicy mayo filling.
- Gently fold the wrapper.
Directions for Peanut Sauce
- Combine chicken stock, soy sauce, peanuts, brown sugar, cornstarch, minced garlic, and water in a small pot.
- Bring to a boil and stir continously until sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and add remaining garlic.
- Serve topped with sauce, garlic, and crushed peanuts.
