250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky)
15-18 pcs large finger pepper, seeds removed
15-18 pcs lumpia wrapper
1 pc small white onion, minced
40 ml mayonnaise
20 ml catsup
cooking oil (enough to deep fry)
Directions Sauté onions and Ulam Mismo! Sisig in a pan. Fill the finger pepper with sautéed sisig. Wrap the finger peppers with lumpia wrapper. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve with mayo-catsup.
