Dynamite Sisig Recipe

- 250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky)
- 15-18 pcs large finger pepper, seeds removed
- 15-18 pcs lumpia wrapper
- 1 pc small white onion, minced
- 40 ml mayonnaise
- 20 ml catsup
- cooking oil (enough to deep fry)
- Sauté onions and Ulam Mismo! Sisig in a pan.
- Fill the finger pepper with sautéed sisig.
- Wrap the finger peppers with lumpia wrapper.
- Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve with mayo-catsup.
