Ingredients
- 250 g Ulam Mismo! Sisig (pork or chicken or chunky)
- 10 ml cooking oil
- 30 g crushed chicharon
- 20 g semi-crushed chicharon
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 1 pc medium white onions, cubed
- siling labuyo (optional)
- calamansi juice (as needed)
Directions
- In a pan, sauté onions and Ulam Mismo! Sisig in cooking oil.
- Pour crushed chicharon, calamansi juice, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Put in the mixture in a serving bowl, top with semi-crushed chicharon and siling labuyo.
- Serve.
