I ordered 5 kilos of chicken legs and 6 kilos of pork steak. I asked for them to be placed in separate bags by kilo and I indicated that I wanted to pay with GCash. Day of delivery at almost 6pm on a Sunday, i receive two calls both confirming my order and then telling me that they don't know how to process GCash, even though I've used it multiple times prior. After I hung up, i received multiple texts about processing. Finally, to cut the confusion, I just told them I'd pay COD, even though I would need to run to the ATM to take out money. At around 630pm, the delivery driver shows up with two plastic bags. One bag contained 6 kilos of meat, just smashed into a round ball. The second contained 5kg of chicken in the same state. When i put the bags on the counter, blood leaked out everywhere. Since I essentially just have two, large bags o' meat which were not going to fit into the refrigerator, I needed to stop dinner with the family so we can separate and put in plastic bags, otherwise blood would have been everywhere. I'm not happy, so I text customer service and they say if i want, I can have the delivery guy come back, pick up the meat and have it repacked. Of course, I said no to this as it was late in the evening on a Sunday. I've had an issue one other time with incorrect quantity delivered, but for the most part, I find the delivery service to be excellent. Not this day however. Now I question a bit which service i will get next time.

I ordered 1kilo of chix legs the picture was a choice cuts and what i received is a quarter leg and you cut it into two. What happened?
Is it really hard to understand or you decide on your own what to give on your customer?
